Our tour of Taormina began at the Palace of Parliament, which houses the town's tourism office. The inside contained displays of puppets and decorated carts. We then went to the site of the Roman Odeon, which was built over a Greek temple, and which was partially built over by a church. Next was the Greek Theatre or Teatro Greco, followed by the Gardens. We then set out on our own through the many nice shops in the area. I had my first gelato here.

The above pictures show various views in Taormina, including a coin-operated dog waste container (dogy box).
